Common Questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the Farlo app → Account tab → Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be removed within 30 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Farlo → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open the Google Play Store → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Farlo → Cancel subscription.

I'm a business owner — how do I get listed on the map?

Register for a Business Owner account, complete your profile, and tap "Go Open" on your dashboard. Your business will appear on the map in real time.

I forgot my password

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and we'll send a reset link to your email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Something isn't working

Email us at support@farlo.app with a description of the issue, your device model, and your iOS or Android version. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful.
